1. About This Service
Y Tales (the "Platform") is an audiobook app for children and families, offering picture book browsing, online reading, and voice dubbing features. These Terms apply to all users who register or use the Platform. Please read them carefully before use.
2. Account Registration
1. Some features require a registered account. Please provide accurate, truthful information when registering. Do not impersonate others or register under false pretenses. 2. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Membership & Subscriptions
1. The Platform offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices are as shown in the app. 2. Subscription fees are charged through your App Store or Google Play account. 3. Subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel, do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in your app store settings. 4. Redeem codes are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated. They are valid until the date shown on the page.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
1. All content on the Platform — including picture books, voiceovers, and images — is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without authorization. 2. We welcome user submissions of original picture books and voiceover recordings. We respect the rights of all creators. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us promptly. We will remove it as soon as possible upon verification. 3. For voiceover recordings uploaded to the Platform, copyright is shared between the user and the Platform. We may review uploaded recordings and, at our discretion, adopt outstanding recordings as official voiceovers for all users. Recordings may also be used as marketing materials across social media and other online channels. By uploading a voiceover, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
5. User Conduct
1. Do not upload or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate for children. 2. Do not impersonate others or engage in any form of deceptive behavior. 3. Do not reverse-engineer, crack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's normal operation. 4. Violations may result in account suspension or termination. Serious violations may be subject to legal action.

1. Service Availability: We strive to keep the Platform stable, but are not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by network issues, server maintenance, or force majeure. 2. Content Purpose: Content on the Platform is for entertainment and educational reference only and does not constitute medical, legal, or other professional advice. 3. Third-Party Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
7. Privacy
